APC Success Story
Here's what I've learned about the APC pill... When I am on the blood pressure pill prescribed by my doctor, and I only take one or two of the APC vitamins my blood pressure reads 140/94. (It doesn't seem to matter if I take one in the am, or just one in am and one in pm). I spoke to my doctor, and along with my regular meds, I now take the APC 3 tablets in the morning, 1 at noon, and 2 in the pm, as worked out by my doctor. Now my blood pressure reads 120/80.
Bottom line, without the APC vitamin, my blood pressure read 140/94 with the help of it, it reads 120/80.
