If after 30 days you are not 100% satisfied then mail us back the empty bottle along with a copy of the packing slip that you received with your shipment, and we will credit your account in the same payment manner that you used to purchase the product. Living Well Products will accept all un-opened merchandise and issue a full refund if returned within 30 days of the purchase date with a return authorization number. To obtain an authorization number, please call our customer service department at 888-682-9355.

Refunds will be issued in the manner the item was purchased. If the item was purchased through a credit card then the credit card will be credited accordingly. If the payment was made by check, then your refund will be mailed to you in the form of a check from Living Well Products within 30 days of receiving the returned items.
